About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the ShadowDeck™ website and to any quote, order or supply of ShadowDeck™ products. By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms.
Website information
We aim to keep product information, span tables, guides and specifications accurate and up to date. Information on this website is general in nature and may change without notice. Always confirm design and compliance requirements with a qualified professional for your project.
Quotes and orders
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is accepted once we confirm it in writing. Prices are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST unless stated.
Payment
Payment terms are set out on your quote or invoice. Approved trade accounts are invoiced on the terms agreed with that account.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once we have received payment in full.
Installation
ShadowDeck™ products must be installed in line with our current installation guides and the New Zealand Building Code. We are not responsible for faults caused by incorrect installation, modification or use outside the published specifications.
Warranty
Product warranties are set out in the warranty documents available on the Specifications page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986, except where you are acquiring products for business purposes and those rights may be excluded by law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to products we supply is limited to replacing the products or refunding the price paid.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, drawings and the ShadowDeck™ name, belongs to ShadowDeck™ or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
